369 Manifestation Method (THE Guide)

When talking about manifestation methods, one of the most known and practiced is the 369 method. What is most interesting about this method, to me at least, is that it dates all the way to the beginning of 20^th^ century. You may have already heard about Nikola Tesla – the founder of transmitted electric power.

Well...he claimed that the numbers 3, 6, and 9 were "divine" numbers that represented the key to the universe. Each of the numbers represents its own power with 3 being the one that represents a direct connection to the universe, 6 being the one that represents our inner strength, and 9 being the one that represents releasing the past and any limiting beliefs we might have.

Pretty amazing right? Each of these numbers has its function in manifesting your desires and you can basically look at them as puzzles that, when combined, can create a complete picture.

How To Manifest 369 (Method)

So how to actually manifest with the 369 method? It's fairly simple actually. I've read tons of books and heard from numerous sources about the period length they decide on when doing the 369 method. What I found to be most effective is the 21-day rule.

You wake up each morning, take a piece of paper and a pen and write your affirmations 3 times, followed by 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times in the evening, for the next 21 days.

What I would do is, I'd take a new piece of paper each day and by the end of those 21 days I'd have a stack of papers, each representing a day of manifesting. Somehow, to me, it seemed energetically stronger that way.

When you're writing down your manifestations it's important to write them in the present tense. Let me give you an example: "I am so happy that I've found a boyfriend who loves me and appreciates me for who I am".

While you're writing this affirmation, focus on how this makes you feel. Imagine the happiness you're experiencing with your boyfriend and how enthusiastic you are about this new and exciting relationship.

Each time you're writing your affirmations, your vibration will rise and by the end of this 21-day period, you'll switch your thoughts from limiting beliefs, such as doubt, self-criticism, loneliness, etc., to simply knowing this will happen to you.

It's kind of hard to explain it by writing, but in my own experience, your brain just simply starts being wired differently. Before I started doing the 369 method, I had so much doubt in myself. "This is never going to work", "I'm not as pretty as other people", "What if no one will ever like me for me".

That was a horrible way to start any manifestation, but I did and it worked because those daily affirmations started changing my way of thinking and by the time I was done with the method, I simply KNEW it was going to happen.

I had so much love for myself that I literally invited my partner into my life. Now, to avoid the mistake I did, give yourself a little love before doing the 369 method. Turn on some music, take a hot shower, look at yourself in the mirror and say to yourself: "Damn, you're looking fine today!".

Another important note is to take into consideration the 3 in the morning. Why you might ask? When we first wake up, our mind is still in a conscious/subconscious limbo.

You are awake, but you still have room to place a thought into your subconscious mind. I remember, around ten years ago when my ex and I broke up.

I would wake up every morning, still kind of sleepy, and the first thing I'd do is check my phone to see if he texted me. I did that for like three weeks and you know what happened? The first day I was finally over my breakup and didn't check my phone – he texted me.

Your subconscious is where the magic happens, so use those few moments in the morning, while you're not completely awake yet, to write those affirmations 3 times because if 3 is the number that is in direct connection to the universe and your subconscious mind is the one that actually sends messages to the universe, imagine what happens when you combine the two.

So...to summarize what I’ve just said on how to use the 369 method:

  1. Lift yourself up before doing your affirmations – even when it might seem hard
  2. Write 3 times your affirmations early in the morning
  3. Write 6 times your affirmations in the afternoon
  4. Write 9 times your affirmations in the evening
  5. Repeat for 21 days
  6. Forget about it

How To Manifest Someone To Text You 369

It's funny how I've mentioned my ex-boyfriend texting me after thinking about it, right? Let's apply it in regards to the 369 method. When you’re trying to manifest someone texting you, you really have to feel it.

My personal advice is to, while you’re doing the 369 method, do some visualization as well. As I've previously presented the guide on how to actually manifest using the 369 method, follow the steps of writing your manifestation, and apply the correct affirmation.

In manifesting someone to text you, it's best to address the person by their name because if you don't specify the name of the person you want to manifest a text from, you're leaving room to the universe to manifest ANY text. Also, you have to specify what is it that you want them to text you. I remember, when I received said text from my ex, the first sentence was an exact line of what I had pictured each morning before I opened my eyes and looked at my phone.

“Jack texted me saying how much he loves me and wants to be with me.”

What I meant when I said you should visualize when doing the 369 method. After you've done your writing, pick up your phone and close your eyes. Imagine the text coming to your phone and hearing the ringtone in your head or feeling the phone vibrating in your hand. Now, imagine yourself looking at the phone screen, seeing the name of the person you want to manifest a text from, and looking at the preview of the message.

What does it say? Imagine the feeling this text is bringing you. How excited and overwhelmed you are. Sense the feelings flowing through your body. Isn't it amazing? After you've felt those feelings deep in your soul, open your eyes and go on about your day. By doing this technique on top of the 369, you'll raise your vibration even higher and turn your desires into your reality. My advice would be to do the visualization only when doing your morning writing just so you wouldn't overpower everything. It's never a good thing to do nothing, but it's also not a good thing to do too much.

369 Manifestation Journal

The 369 manifestation journal is a bit different than using this method alone on a piece of paper. 369 manifestation journal requires you to use the method while expressing gratitude for 93 days. If you've ever had a gratitude journal you will know what I'm talking about.

On top of expressing gratitude affirmations, you will have to apply the principles of the 369 method. What does that mean? Well...you take a notebook that will be dedicated solely to this purpose and you'll start your normal 3 affirmations in the morning, 6 in the afternoon, and 9 in the evening but after each set of affirmations, you will have to express gratitude for your manifestations as though you already have them.

With this approach, you are amplifying your manifestation making it that much stronger. I know 93 days can seem a lot, but trust me, this is a bulletproof technique when manifesting something because not only will you repeat your affirmations, but you will be grateful for the fact that they've already happened.

Hopefully, this guide has provided you with the essentials on how to manifest with the 369 method. Even though there are many other techniques out there that are possibly a little bit simpler to do, like I said in the beginning, this one was proved to be "the key".
