What Is the Best Music for Meditation?
For chakra meditation, there are several answers depending on your goals for meditation.
Chakra Frequency music is good for focusing and strengthening your chakra’s when you are going through them as stages of life. (Secret tip: my Secret Chakra Healing Music).
I also personally also like edm or drum and bass for meditation. Drum and Bass is great for meditation in any chakra stage as it helps bring you to the next level.
Relaxing music is also popular for meditation. It helps put you in the mindset of relaxing, controlling your breathing, and focusing on your meditation.
Each chakra has a resonant frequency and a color that corresponds to it. You can find videos with these on youtube. These frequencies can vary but these are the ones I use and find are common on youtube.
Sacral Chakra – 417 hz – Orange
Solar Plexus Chakra – 528 hz – Yellow
Heart Chakra – 639 hz – Green, or Pink for higher energies.
Third Eye Chakra – 852 hz – Indigo
Crown Chakra – 963 hz – Purple, or White/Gold for higher energies
A recommended meditation you can do to boost your chakra energy is to find a 15 to 35 or however long duration that you wish to meditate for of all 7 chakras. Then focus on each of your chakras with the color frequency in mind, and make sure to appreciate the intricacies of each stage of life that it represents.
Another thing you can do is do a crown chakra meditation at 963 hz. This is one that is infinite in nature and can always be strengthened. This is for advanced meditators however.
Binaural Beats for Meditation
Binaural beats are also good for meditation as they are supposed to put the brain in a certain state based on the frequency of the beat. These require headphones to work properly. They can promote well-being and help you focus on your meditation.
