How To Achieve Enlightenment - The Guide

How To Achieve Enlightenment - The Guide

Enlightenment is a higher state of mind that can be achieved temporarily by focusing your mind on positive things. It has been said that it would be easier to achieve enlightenment than describe how to achieve it. Still, I am going to give some ideas that might help you achieve the enlightenment you desire.

What is Enlightenment

Enlightenment is the GOAL OF SPIRITUALITY. It is being in a STATE OF ASCENSION where you are growing and being your TRUE SELF.

You are experiencing SUCCESS in all ways due to your state of mind, which allows you to see TRUTH, LOVE LIFE, and have BALANCE where you seek it.

It is important to remember that balance takes time. You will have to go through rough stages and stages where you can rest, like how a wavefunction fluctuates between the positive and the negative. It is a state of appreciation that is always there and can be accessed whenever you need love.

It is achieving your goals or learning from failure. Once you have gotten to the enlightenment stage, you will find goodness in everything you do and experience much love from the universe and everyone around you. It is important to remember that this is not like magic. It is something that happens for a reason.

My advice is to work with your best effort and do everything you can to better yourself. When you do this, you will achieve a higher state of mind. Find where you are balanced and unbalanced and try to bring these areas together.

Find what is you most of all, and what is not you, be your true self, and you will find the truth. Meditate with whatever practice resonates within you. Every person is different for what works best for them. There are several schools of A brief guide on achieving enlightenment

How Enlightenment Changes Your Brain

It will make you more present! What do I mean by that? Your focus will be enhanced, you won’t be stressed out as much, and you will be here.

We tend to lose ourselves when feeling tired or stressed. It can impact our social life as well because people could see us as confused and disoriented, not knowing that we’ve really just had a bad day.

Your sleep will be better because your brain won’t be so tired, and you’ll feel like a whole different person – literally.

If you’ve been an overthinker or an over-warrior, this all stops with enlightenment because enlightenment will give you a sense of power, a sense of strength, and you will feel as – YOU.

How to Achieve (or Attain) Enlightenment

You can’t expect enlightenment to “just happen.”

It’s a process – and not to frighten you, but a long one. You have to put in a great amount of work daily.

When I was going through my journey, every meditation was as hard as getting up at 4am. I had no focus, no way of controlling my thoughts, and eventually, I would give up after an hour.

But what I DID do, when I wasn’t able to focus, was that I would remind myself for the rest of the day about peace, love, and gratitude. Whenever a negative thought ran through my head, I would allow it to be there for about 5 minutes, and then I would move on to more positive thoughts.

Eventually, positive thinking was all I had left. I’ve programmed my brain to remove the negatives and add the positives. Meditations began to feel easier, as well.

I was able to focus more and to have a greater understanding of the peace that comes with it. You see…achieving enlightenment doesn’t mean you’re going to magically wake up one day with a switch in your head.

It means that you WILL wake up one day enlightened, but not because it just happened for you, but because you’ve invested time and energy, and it paid off.

You know how you get your salary every month? A great amount of money is placed on your account because you’ve worked hard for a month. The same is with everything else.

You put in a great amount of work, and it eventually gives you a tremendous ROI. The other important factor is - YOU have to believe in what you’re doing!

There isn’t a thing in this world that will work out if you don’t believe in it. After you’ve gone through the process of actually achieving enlightenment, you have to be sure you’ll be sure of it for the rest of your life – if you understand what I’m getting at.

Sometimes, we are so sure of our decisions that nothing in this world would change our mind – until something else comes along, and we start doubting our decision.

You have to be sure of it and not be discouraged when you don’t feel as intuitive or as peaceful or as mindful every day. Feel it and believe it – even when you don’t feel like it.

You can also meditate during those days where you feel like you’ve lost your mojo. That will make you feel more within you and help you attain enlightenment.

Also, clean eating, exercising, and lots of water. You have to take care of your body so your spirit would have an easier time reaching the surface.

7 Steps to Achieve Enlightenment

1. Balance

Balance is the key! When your soul and body are balanced, you know it!

We all understand how to achieve physical balance (clean diet, exercise). Still, not a lot of us know that our physical greatly depends on our inner balance. How to achieve balance and start the journey of enlightenment?

By aligning and being in balance with your chakras.

Chakras are the machine that operates our soul sq I like to say. So, let’s make a short detour.

The Root Chakra

This is the basis of ourselves, and it helps us feel grounded. The Root chakra is represented in the color red, so if you want to help her do her thing, you’re advised to introduce red-colored veggies in your diet. The Root Chakra is also activated with feet touching the ground. If you step barefoot on the ground, especially if the ground is warm, you’ll feel more centered.

The Sacral Chakra

This one is for our sexuality and creativity. It’s the color orange, and you can support it by introducing different activities into your life like yoga.

The Solar Plexus Chakra

Our self-esteem chakra. Again, supporting this chakra is by yoga and perhaps dancing – if that’s your thing. Just keep your body moving because you have to have a higher level of self-confidence to reach enlightenment and be fully in tune with your chakras. The color is yellow.

The Heart Chakra

Ahh, my favorite. As the name says – it’s the chakra of looove. Strangely, the color of the Heart chakra is green, so you gotta eat lots of green veggies to keep it in balance. But the best exercise is to open yourself up and share the love. When you feel that warm sensation in your chest, you’ll know your Heart chakra is happy.

The Throat Chakra

Can you say what’s on your mind? Not a good thing to keep everything locked up inside. To support your Throat chakra, you have to say what you wanna say. Otherwise, you’re putting pressure on your Throat chakra and probably getting an ulcer. And it’s blue. 😊

The Third Eye Chakra

We all wish we had a third eye at one point or the other, but if we knew then what we know now, we probably would activate that third eye without any problem.

It motivates us to be out of the box and see what else is there. A narrow mind is the worst enemy of the Third Eye Chakra. So if you want to keep this indigo colored chakra happy, do some yoga and rub some oil between your eyes.

Read the root chakra guide to learn everything about the third-eye chakra.

The Crown Chakra

As the name says – the Crown Chakra is the last one, but the highest one – being on the top of our head. It leads all other chakras and makes us feel connected within ourselves – spiritually.

Mediation will do the most work when it comes to making your chakra happy. Meditation and fresh air.

2. Meditation

Meditation is a great way for self-discvoery and reaching enlightment. Yet, you must decide for yourself what works best. You will find you are attracted to particular techniques for a reason. Finding what is best for you and that you love doing most is a step towards enlightenment.

3. Live in the Moment And For the Now

Living in the now is how you increase awareness, which is what brings success and enlightenment to you without having to do anything. Loving is how you can master your life. Love to live, and you will be on your way.

Enjoy what you have and make the most of it. This will increase your strength in life and bring you closer to your true self, which will give you power as long as you are loving.

4. Love Living in Every Possible Moment

Enjoy what you have. Adversity builds character and brings us closer to our true selves. Find your true self and find balance with the world around you.

5. Be Confident.

This is key!

Do you know those people you meet, and the light just bursts out of them? Those are confident people. Their inner spirit is in line with them, and they bring the light wherever they go. You have to be confident to reach that.

6. Learn How to Overcome Uncertainty

How much uncertainty you can handle is a measure of how successful you will be.

7. Being True

Find your true self and find balance with the world around you. Your chakras will guide you.

Going through your chakra stages of life is one path you can take to achieve enlightenment. This is a natural progression that is everything you do and allows you the freedom to do whatever it is you need to do and still points you toward your goal.

It is not easy, but the effort will be worth it. Each chakra has valuable lessons to be learned. These vary from person to person.

It will be known only to you what lessons have been learned and will be learned because we are different.

How to Achieve Enlightenment Through Meditation

Meditation will calm your spirit and ease your mind. It will provide the benefit of finally clearing your head, allowing good thoughts and feelings to come in and the bad ones to come out.

You can actually try it out now! Breathe in through your nose and imagine all of the positivity coming in. Hold it, hold it. Now exhale through your mouth and release all of the tension, negativities, and worries out of you.

Ahhh, yes!

Could you imagine how much good this would do on a daily basis?

This is how you achieve enlightenment.

When you release all the negativity and introduce the positivity of yourself, enlightenment will happen like a switch mentioned above.

Conclusion

I feel like I’ve given you a lot of food for thought as well as some excellent guidance on how to change your life for the better.

If you follow all of the steps above, there isn’t a doubt in my mind you won’t achieve everything you set your heart to.

You don’t have to change yourself – not by a long shot. You have to accept yourself for who you are, find inner peace, and align with it.

That’s where great power comes, and that’s where you’ll find your enlightenment.
